Sehingga, fotografer bisa menyelesaikan pekerjaan secepat dan semulus mungkin, tapi tetap menyajikan karya professional yang memuaskan. Hasil fotonya pun mampu mengkomunikasikan dengan baik profil perusahaan yang berintegritas.
Kelima, fotografer professional memiliki ketegasan dalam menyiapkan konsep dan tidak mudah tergoyahkan dengan permintaan pihak perusahaan yang tidak sesuai atau sudah diluar perencanaan awal. Lebih bagus jika fotografer berpengalaman yang kreatif dan cepat mengambil keputusan. Sementara soal teknis, fotografer profil eksekutif harus percaya diri dan diplomatik, dan memiliki satu set kemampuan yang melampaui pemahaman tentang f-stop dan tingkat cahaya.
Seorang company profile photography yang baik harus dapat bekerja dengan tujuan jelas, mendengarkan art director dan mengikuti instruksi dari perwakilan perusahaan, tapi dia juga harus cukup independen untuk membuat keputusan untuk dirinya sendiri berdasarkan pedoman yang disediakan. Seorang fotografer perusahaan juga harus dapat mengontrol adegan, pencahayaan, orang-orang, suasana hati, gerak.
